Site Supervisor Conference

Meeting with my site supervisor was an excellent idea. She gave me insight on what to expect when coducting my action research. We went over my action plan and made minor adjustments. The adjsutments weren't major but it made plenty of difference. One change that I made was regarding my evaluation. I had included an initial and a concluding evaluation, but had left out evaluations throughout the school year. Ommiting evaluations through out the school year could have been detrimental to my research. My site supervisor also suggested that I develop a rubric to help me analyze my evaluations. I also narrowed down my tageted students from Kinder through third grade rather than up to sixth grade. This will allow me to concentrate on the most important years of language acquisition. Those were the only changes I made.
